Frequently Asked Questions
Assembly is straightforward and all hardware is included. Two people can complete it in about 1-2 hours using the provided instructions and tools. A basic socket wrench and rubber mallet are helpful but not required.
Yes! The frame is tested to a 2000LB static load. The reinforced steel construction provides excellent stability for heavy squats, bench press, and deadlifts. The safety arms are rated to handle heavy loads, so you can train alone with confidence.
The cage measures 44.9" (W) x 56.6" (D) x 84.5" (H). It fits in most garages, basements, and spare rooms. Standard 8ft (96") ceilings are fine — the 84.5" height leaves room for pull-ups. We recommend at least 6ft x 7ft of floor space.
The pulley system uses smooth nylon rollers for quiet operation. The LAT pulldown bar targets your back and lats, while the cable crossover handles let you do flyes, curls, tricep pushdowns, and rows. Weight plates load directly onto the cable carriage (plates not included).
Included: Power cage frame, LAT pulldown bar, cable crossover handles, 2 pairs of J-hooks, safety arms, landmine attachment, pull-up bar, and all assembly hardware. You will need weight plates and a barbell (sold separately).

No, the cage is designed to be stable on its own without bolting. The wide base and weight of the frame provide plenty of stability for heavy lifting. For extreme heavy loads or if you have tile/slippery floors, you can optionally bolt it down using the pre-drilled holes.
