Where We Ship

BOGYKIK ships to all 50 US states. At this time we don't ship outside the US.


Shipping Cost & Speed

  • Free shipping
  • on all orders within the US — no minimums.
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Standard delivery takes **5–8 business days**, depending on your location.
  • Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.


Order Processing

Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with your order number right away, then a second email with tracking once the carrier has the package.


Large Items

Treadmills, power cages, and other large equipment ship in one or two boxes depending on the item and destination. Please make sure someone can accept the delivery — carriers will leave packages at your door.

Damaged or Missing Items


If your package arrives damaged, note it with the carrier when you sign for it, and contact us at support@bogykik.com within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace the item or ship missing parts free of charge.
